B&B/holiday cottage In ’t Holt is located next to food forest In ’t Holt and in the woods of village of Overloon in North Brabant. It is part of the municipality of Land van Cuijk and bordering Venray in Limburg. An ideal place to enjoy nature, peace, space and plenty of privacy. For active people, there are various cycling, mountain biking and walking routes nearby. Also an ideal spot for nature photography. Nature swimming pond Ut Schaartven is just a few minutes’ walk away. The Pieterpad is less than 2 km away. The village centre is half an hour’s walk away. Overloon is known for its War Museum and Zoo-parc, but nearby are more attractions such as the Unesco nature reserve De Maasheggen, National Park De Maasduinen, historical towns like Boxmeer, Cuijk, Grave and Venray with a rich history.
B&B with well-equipped indoor space including heating and wifi
B&B/nature cottage In ’t Holt is suitable for 2 persons. It has a spacious living room with half-open kitchen, a half-open bedroom, bathroom and separate toilet. There is heating, TV and fast wifi available. The grounds are fenced and locked. Outsiders cannot just walk onto the property, but the property cannot be considered your private area if you have booked it. Of course, we will let you, the guest, enjoy our beautiful place in the forest as much as possible in peace and privacy. No pets are allowed. No breakfast is served.
Indoor B&B
The B&B/cottage has been completely renovated both inside and outside in recent years with sustainable materials such as mud plaster, cork flooring and insulated with wooden panels.
The spacious living room has a cosy sitting area and dining table. There are reading books and board games available for relaxation and fun-filled evenings.
Free wifi is available everywhere in the house and throughout the grounds (fibre optic network). There is also a large TV screen.
The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, dishwasher, induction hob and microwave/oven. Furthermore, everything you need for a nice stay is provided.
The half open bedroom has a double bed 180 x200 cm. The bed is made up on arrival. There are plenty of cupboards in the cottage for storing clothes and other items.
There is another toilet and bathroom in the hallway. During your stay, shampoo and soap are at your disposal. A few sets of towels are included. A hairdryer is also provided.
Outdoor area
The B&B is located on the mini-camping site In ’t Holt and consists of a flat and partly sloping area of approx. 4000 m2 with old trees such as oak, beech, spa, Douglas fir, larch, cherry tree, (fruit) bushes. The mini-camping is always closed when the B&B/nature cottage is rented out. The mini-camping will be open sporadically.
The outer wall is insulated and clad in recyclable wood, the roof is insulated and has solar collectors. Storage batteries have also been installed.
At the entrance under the canopy, there are 2 garden chairs with table where food and drinks can be enjoyed. There are also 2 sun loungers.
A wildflower border will be created in spring 2025. A herb garden will also be created on the campsite grounds where our guests can pick their own fresh herbs. A tour or walk through the food forest is possible, but only by appointment.
On the grounds, there is plenty of choice to sit in the sun or shade.
The grounds are fenced and gated. Outsiders cannot just walk onto the grounds. The grounds cannot be considered your private area if you have booked it. Of course, as a guest, we will seek you out as little as possible so you can enjoy our beautiful place in the forest in peace.
Campfire site available
There is a campfire site on the premises where you can light a campfire, barbecue or cook on a wood fire. Outside this campfire pit, cooking, barbecuing and making a campfire are prohibited. Firewood is for sale or you can bring your own. Campfires are allowed when weather and fire safety are favourable.
In case of drought, strong winds or increased risk of wildfire, lighting a campfire is prohibited. Always keep the campfire small and under control. When leaving the campfire area, the fire must be extinguished! Buckets with water and sand are available to extinguish the fire. One of the owners can prohibit campfires at any time. Campfire lighting is an extra service and is not included in the booking.
Booking & reservations
Reservations can be made per midweek (Monday to Friday), weekend (Friday to Sunday), long weekend (Friday to Monday) in the period October to April. From June to September can only be booked per week (Friday to Friday). Arrival after 15.30 hrs. Departure no later than 10.30 hrs.

Weekend (Friday afternoon to Sunday morning): € 210.00
Long weekend (Friday afternoon to Monday morning): € 315.00
Midweek (Monday afternoon to Friday morning): € 420.00
Whole week (Friday afternoon to Friday morning): € 735.00 Summer action: € 650,00 per week
Prices include tourist tax, Wifi, cleaning costs. Pay in advance.
